Our company was formed in the kitchen! The owner of Cooks & Partners, Simon Goggin,  then an executive chef of a London based catering juga naught, decided that the only way to regain control of the ingredients was to start out alone. He did just that. Now we source based on taste and ingredient welfare alone. 

 

Our close knit team of chefs dedicate hours to menu writing, inspiration sourcing and keeping abreast of food trends.  We believe that good ingredients cooked will steal the show any day.

 

We commitment to sourcing sustainable produce, considering the welfare of the ingredient and being extremely mindful of the miles it will travel to the plates.
