Writing a menu is like telling a story.
We operate a 'white label' catering service for various top UK food brands in the UK. Our collaborative relationships with clients often sees our chefs menu writing or trying and testing new dishes to scale them up to caterer for larger events.
We also love to create bespoke menus for our client events. We offer complimentary consultations so that we can take the time to understand all the details of a brief or theme.
It’s important to us that a client’s event brief is meeting to the last mouthful.
How does a menu consultation works?
It starts with a cup of tea!
Our chefs and event planners will brain storm through ideas with you, drawing inspiration from your event theme or mission. It goes without saying that we will take inspiration from the season that your event is taking place in. Our team often creates bespoke menus for private clients, inspired by their travel history or their favourite tastes.
Our previous projects have seen us collaborating with top chefs Lee Westcott (of the Typing Room, and East London restaurant backed by Jason Atherton) and Robin Gill (of The Dairy and Counter Culture) and Merlin Labron-Johnson (of The Portland).
