black and white building
Shoreditch, East city
Yes, it’s monochromatic and has bricks, beams and industrial style lighting. But the B&W Building is also rather cosy, with a friendly, refectory-like atmosphere that reaches out to all its creative users. Atop is a garden with great views. It’s sometimes hard to see now, but Shoreditch was once London’s furniture making centre and the B&W Building was once full of carpenters and upholsterers.
This has blessed the area with a legacy of handsome buildings with high ceilings
and large windows.
