Do you cater for dietaries

We do indeed. We really want every one of your guests to feel included. We ask for a list of your dietary requirements 5 working days in advance of your wedding day. So plenty of time to gather that extra information.

 

Can I choose my menus

Yes, we have included several options of menu choices for you, Eltham Palace will have given you this detail. Of course we are more than happy to take bespoke requests or even create new menus for you. If you would like to consider upgrading your package with a bespoke menu then do get in touch; we would love to chat more about your ideas.

 

What can I offer evening guests

There is lots to offer evening guests; whether this be cheeseboards, passed bacon rolls or a more substantial finger food menu. Again get in touch with us and we can chat you through the options.

 

Can I taste our menu

Absolutely! The proof is in the pudding.

We offer complimentary tastings for couples booking their wedding day with us. Our tasting room is based near Fulham Broadway/ Imperial Wharf. We don’t have set tasting slots so we are happy to work around you. These are offered Tuesday – Friday.

 

When should we have the speeches

There is no set format. However we think the easiest point is after main course and before dessert. This way you know that no one will be hungry. It makes things super smooth from the kitchen too. Of course we are here to make it your day not just a cookie cutter replica, so do chat with us about other ways to do this.

 

Do you provide printed menus

These are not included in your package. We have a lovely printer that we can work with but we do not create these inhouse.

Can I choose the colour of the table cloths

You can indeed. We included classic white cloths for the poseur tables (in your drinks reception), dining tables and your napkins. However if you wish to make another style choice we will only be happy to show you through our linen book. Styling events is certainly part of the job!

 

Do you offer children’s meals

Your welcome to choose a 2 or 3 course children's menus. Just ask us to pop you one across. These are for guests younger than 11.

 

Who will be in charge on the day

The event manager that you initially have contact with will plan and run your event day. We don’t believe in passing you amongst us. We want to get to know you through the process and be a familiar face across the room on the day too.

 

When do I have to confirm my numbers

We ask for this 5 working days prior. If you have any last minute additions then of course ask if we can accommodate them. We will do everything in our power.
