We have a solution for you.

KENWOOD HOUSE

Kenwood House has three beautiful outdoor spaces that can be used for weddings, corporate and private events. These spaces include the Flower Garden, Kitchen Garden and Pasture Grounds. The Flower Garden can hold up to 480 guests in a marquee for dining, dancing, receptions or conferences and is positioned adjacent to Kenwood House with picturesque views down the hill across the Pasture Grounds and towards the lake.

Ground hire for the Flower Garden starts at £10,000 plus Vat. The Kitchen Garden is a striking walled garden which is under a five minute walk from the main house. With views across the iconic London skyline, it provides a private and intimate space for outdoor events, such as ceremonies and drinks receptions. This can be for up to 300 guests, as well as a marquee space for dining up to 150 guests. Ground hire for the Kitchen Garden starts at £6,000 plus Vat.

The Pasture Grounds are situated on the rolling hills in front of Kenwood House towards the lake. They are suitable for much larger scale outdoor events such as festivals, concerts and team building days for up to 3000 guests.

THE ORANGERY, HOLLAND PARK

The Orangery is a hidden gem, in one of London’s most beautiful settings; Holland Park. A glass and stone palace built for Lord and Lady Holland’s soirees, it provides a blank canvas space that is both elegant and charming. The Orangery comfortably caters for 80 seated guests and a marquee may be added on the lawn to accommodate larger parties.

The Kyoto park, built in 1991, is a magnificent Japanese garden which is only a hop away and adds a unique charm to this beautiful location. This is a really unique wedding venue set in one of London’s prettiest parks just a short walk from High Street Kensington. Outside you will find a beautiful rose garden which is memorable for it’s beautiful blooms but also for the fragrance that wafts across the lawns.

HARROW SCHOOL

Harrow School was founded in 1572 under a Royal Charter granted by Queen Elizabeth I to a local landowner, John Lyon. It soon became one of the greatest schools in the country, attracting pupils from all over the world. Famous Old Harrovians include Winston Churchill and six other British Prime Ministers, the first Prime Minister of India, Pandit Nehru, as well as poets and writers as diverse as Byron, Sheridan and Trollope.

The Harrow Explorer Package offers delegates a chance to explore their surroundings in a unique way. Wild Goose offers a team-based GPS challenge that allows guests the unique opportunity to explore the beautiful grounds of Harrow School with a fun, interesting and competitive element using technology. Hotspots are activated by using the GPS location of the team’s iPad, sending teams off to explore the grounds rather than simply sitting in a bar to answer the questions.

The games content can be completely bespoke and question/answer formats can be multiple choice, free type questions and photo or video challenges. General knowledge questions can be a mixture of topics that clients are interested in from sport to whiskey. We can also introduce other activities into the GPS Challenge for instance Whiskey tasting. There is live a scoreboard and activity feed during the game, which really helps to drive the competitive element of the challenge. This is turned off 30 minutes before the end of the game to help maintain the element of suspense. At the end of the challenge the event manager will showcase the best photos and videos from the event and present each member of the winning team with a gold medal.
