The first Sunday of September saw us hosting a delightful 8th birthday party at the sunny Orangery in Holland Park alongside the events arm of world renowned luxury lifestyle management group, Quintessentially.
Parents grazed on a fresh and summery finger buffet while the children ran raucous on the lawn, food items on offer included hot Tandoori spiced paneer cheese skewers with a neutralising mint yoghurt dip and traditional beer battered cod, crispy twice cooked chips and pea purée. If you fancied something cooler, our Kent courgette spaghetti with rocket pesto and toasted pine nuts hit the spot. Though with thirteen deliciously tempting options to choose from, there was without a doubt, something for everyone.
Quintessentially lived up to their reputation when styling the high-ceilinged room, arches and doorways were adorned with balloons with pops of floral colour covering each surface.
Matthew Shaw, Event Manager at Quintessentially, provided wonderful feedback “I just wanted to say a huge thank you for this weekend, especially for helping get it turned around so quickly! Simon and the team were absolutely brilliant to work with and the food was delicious. Please do pass on our thanks to them. The client was delighted with everything!”
Overall, the day’s festivities were thoroughly enjoyed by all, much to the satisfaction of those involved in planning!
