Brand activation experts in London

Cooks & Partners spent yet another early morning putting the finishing touches on a property showcasing event for our longstanding client, Harvey & May, a company widely known for its expertise in the brand activation sector.

After working closely with the company director to ensure the event set-up would optimise the office space and showcase its five star facilities, not to mention a smack bang central location in Knightsbridge, we recommended a delicious standing lunch menu for their guests.

Upon arrival, guests were ushered into a plush lift and brought up to the sixth floor where a choice of red wine, chilled white wine or thirst quenching beers were offered, those driving enjoyed our homemade raspberry and lemon fruit cooler or a refreshing sparkling elderflower.

After a brief drinks reception and welcome to the guests, our kitchen launched into action and five mouth-watering bowl food options were circulated around the room. The crowd favourite turned out to be our sesame sirloin steak and Asian spiced noodles served with pak choy and a soy dressing, and taking a firm second place was our other noodle option of char-grilled salmon with sautéed Asian greens, shitake mushrooms and crispy noodles. By the end of lunch, it was safe to say that everyone was stuffed and satisfied.

Though as we all know, there’s a second stomach that only makes itself known when the dessert comes out! And for that very reason, the pudding grazing table was devoured, and who could blame them? Three divine dessert options were served up, you could choose from the tangy blueberry and lime cheesecake or the bitter chocolate truffle cake with wild honey and cream and saving the best for last: our rhubarb fool with vanilla shortbread.

We’re looking forward to working with Harvey & May once more in our fabulous city!
